Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dispatch/Scheduler to join our team and contribute to our mission of maintaining safe and organized traffic control operations.
The Dispatch/Scheduler will play a crucial role in coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring timely responses to client requests.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Dispatch Coordination:
Receive incoming requests for traffic control services via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Prioritize requests based on urgency, location, and available resources.
Coordinate with field teams to assign tasks and ensure timely deployment to job sites.
Monitor ongoing operations and provide support as needed to resolve any issues or challenges.
Schedule Management:
Develop and maintain schedules for traffic control personnel and equipment.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet client needs.
Continuously update schedules to accommodate changes in project timelines, staffing, or equipment availability.
Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, dispatch, and service inquiries.
Gather information from clients regarding their specific needs and requirements.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding service availability.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in dispatching, scheduling, or similar roles, preferably in a traffic control or related industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Preferred experience in using dispatching software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of traffic control regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices is a plus.
